In its first year, Attune + Align programming awakened Bay Area women to the profound ways in which a holistic approach to health and wellness bolsters our ability to craft the life of our dreams. For 2020, you’ve asked for more.
You’ve asked for—
-more time devoted to journaling and reflection
-more time for 1:1 conversation, large group discussions, and connection
-a more challenging philosophical assignment
We’re thrilled to be gathering again with you in spring 2020 for Attune + Align: Sisterhood Saturdays. Are you ready to discover your dharma and live your yoga practice off of your mat?
This offering is for YOU if—
—you’re a Bay Area woman who loves yoga and sisterhood
—you want to become a founding member NOW of this one-of-a-kind women’s community
—you’re ready to discover your dharma
and MOST IMPORTANTLY—
—you’re looking for the kind of community and connection that you can’t find in a typical public yoga class.
At Yoga Club, women discover their dharma—their heart’s highest purpose— within the supportive surrounds of our community. Each gathering of yoga club is curated to foster community, provoke insight, ignite passion, and incite women to take action in their lives off their mats.
“To realize one’s destiny is a person’s only obligation.” – The Alchemist
“It is better to strive in one’s own dharma than to succeed in the dharma of another. Nothing is ever lost in following one’s own dharma.” – Bhagavad Gita
