Step 1: LISTEN TO YOUR GUT
Your 3-day food journal provides the most insight on your current eating habits. I’ll provide feedback, and we’ll start from here.
Step 2: CUSTOM MENU PLAN
I’ll craft a menu just for you for 5 days of healthy eating, along with recipes and handouts to get you started.
Step 3: THE GREAT KITCHEN SWEEP
Based on your healthy eating goals, preferences, and intolerances, we’ll go through literally every item in your kitchen to eliminate healthy lifestyle disrupters. I’ll guide you on items to take out and items to add in, along with tips for organizing and storing your very own bulk section
Step 4: SHOP WITH YOUR CUSTOM GROCERY TEMPLATE
Once your kitchen is detoxed, you’ll restock your reserves, starting at the farmer’s market. You’ll start small—buying directly from farmers—and then work your way up to the typical supermarket. Build relationships with local farmers and buy more of your weekly haul directly from them. Watch as your supermarket list gets shorter! I’ll customize your weekly grocery list template for you and tweak it weekly as you go along.
Step 5: YOUR VERY OWN CHOPPED KITCHEN
How much green smoothie, homemade granola, cashew yogurt, pepita spread, quinoa porridge, gf/v blueberry muffins, and bliss bites can we make together in two hours? I’ll take you through an exciting weekly meal prep session.
Step 6: BULLET JOURNALING FOR MINDFUL EATING
I’ll get you set up on your way to your bullet journaling practice. At the end of every week and month, get a visual to track your eating habits and overall relationship with food.
Step 7: MEDITATION & AFFIRMATIONS
I’ll share my top meditation strategies, journal prompts, and affirmations to get you in touch with your inner voice. Your relationship to yourself, your thoughts about yourself, and the things you say to yourself manifest in your relationship with food.
