6-Ingredient Vegan Dulce de Leche
I hope you are enjoying a happy and healthy Friday! Today I posted the video for my Vegan Dulce de Leche recipe on my new YouTube channel. Have you subscribed yet? I appreciate all of your likes, comments, and shares as I embark on my new vlogging journey.
This is not a new recipe, but I wanted to take the time to type it up for you here. This recipe, often used as a fruit dip, is a staple for the girls of Happy Hungry Journey. They request it so often that it appears in the Happy Hungry Journey recipe cookbook eBook. The original recipe yields about 1.5 cups. The recipe listed below (same as YouTube video) yields about 3 cups.
Vegan Dulce de Leche – use as dip or cake icing!
22-24 dates, pitted
2 cups creamy almond butter
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
splash of vanilla
Makes ~3 cups
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Store in fridge for 3-5 days.
Please TAG ME on Instagram @marisalavalette_ in any photos or video you can share when you make the recipe. I hope you love it and can’t wait to hear your comments.
